Downloading all transactions of a location

It's currently not possible to do this in the app.

To download all transactions of a location (so all chargers in one Site), go to:

  1. Site>View>Transactions

  2. Click Export transactions

  3. Select the desired timeframe

It's currently not possible to do this in the app.

To download all transactions of a location (so all chargers in one Site), go to:

  1. Chargers>View>Transactions
    or
    Site>View>Chargers>View>Transactions

  2. Click Export transactions

  3. a. Select the desired timeframe
    Or
    b. Use the checkboxes on the left to select certain transactions
    Or
    c. Use the filter on the right to create a custom timeframe, then use the checkboxes to select all transactions with said timeframe.

Export structure - What does the export look like?

Site export

The file name for the transaction export of an entire location will have the syntax:

transactions_mm-yyyy_SiteName.xlsx

The columns A-G are:

Transaction ID: The ID of the transaction assigned by Volt Time Cloud.

Charger: The Chargerpoint ID

Date: The date of the transaction

Duration: The duration of the transaction

kWh: The amount of energy metered by the chargepoint during the transaction (kWh)

Status: The status of the transaction

Total cost: The cost of the transaction as calculated by assigning a Cost per kWh to the charger (by going to Site>View>Cost).

Charger export

The file name for the transaction export of a single charger will have the syntax if a pre-defined period is chosen with the rightmost export button:

transactions_mm-yyyy_ChargepointID_User.xlsx

When certain transactions are chosen using the checkboxes, the file name will always be:

ChargerTransaction.xlsx

Transaction ID: The ID of the transaction assigned by Volt Time Cloud.

Card: The Chip number (UID) of your charging card

Date: The date of the transaction

Duration: The duration of the transaction

kWh: The amount of energy metered by the chargepoint during the transaction (kWh)

Status: The status of the transaction

Reason: The reason the transaction was stopped

Details: This field is not used.
