For new installations
1. Create a location
Go to Home and tap the location switcher. Tap Create a new location and fill out the details.
2. Optional: Add a meter for Power Management
To enable Dynamic Load Balancing, Solar Balancing and Peak Shaving, you must add a meter.
If you're adding a Sparky or Flint meter, the end-user must seperately connect this meter to the internet using the Chargee app.
3. Add a charger
Navigate to the Chargers tab and click the + icon. Enter the serial number & PIN found on the sticker delivered with the Volt Time charger and configure it. Here, you can also set it up with Wi-Fi.
4. Invite the end-user to the location
Ask the end-user to install the Pluggy app.
Go to Profile > Members > Invite Member and enter the customer's e-mail address. Give them full access and make them owner of the location.
The end-user can scan the QR code or check their e-mail to accept the invite. You will lose most access to the location after 14 days, unless the end-user accepts to give you extended access.
5. Optional: Add charge cards to the location
Go to Profile > Cards > Add Card. Give the card a name. Scan the card with the charger's card reader to add it.
6. Optional: Connect the charger to a backoffice (operator)
Go to Chargers > Settings > Operator > Connect Operator and choose an operator. If the operator is responsible for energy reimbursement, you must select Billing as the connection role. If your operator isn't listed, tap Other and enter the operator's websocket URL.
Re-configuring existing chargers
To change the configuration of a charger, for instance to put it on Wi-Fi, tap the location switcher and find the location of the charger. Go to Chargers > Settings and tap Reconfigure.
Adding new chargers to an existing location
Tap the location switcher and find the location of the charger. Then go to Chargers and tap the + icon to add a new charger.
How to gain access to a location
Ask the end-user to navigate to Profile > Members > Invite Members. They must:
Give you access to sensitive data
Keep themselves as owner
You can then scan the QR code to get access to the location and its chargers.
