The Chargepoint Identity is the name of the charger with which it connects to a backoffice. After connecting your charger, you must know the identity before you can find it.

A Chargepoint Identity is also sometimes called:

It's usually just the serial number of your charger.

Volt Time chargers identities are "VT_[serial number]". So if the serial number is 0001234, the identity is "VT_0001234".
