Some settings in Volt Time Cloud are hidden from view. This is to prevent users from doing damage to their chargers.
How to enable Advanced Settings
Web Portal
Click on your initials in the top right, then click Profile.
Enable
Display advanced settings
Click
Save changes
Changing Advanced Settings without knowing what you are doing may render your charger or other devices in your building unusable, offline, damaged or even broken.
