0x00000002: (GND_ERR) Ground Error

It's sometimes still possible to charge.

0x00000004: (EMG_ERR) Emergency Stop Error

It's sometimes still possible to charge.

0x00000008: (CP_N12_ERR) CP signal is at -12V

It's sometimes still possible to charge.

0x00000010: (CP_LVL_ERR) CP signal abnormal

0x00000020: (RCD_CHK_ERR) RCD self-test abnormal

Turn off the charger first. There is a small change the relay is welded.

When the charger is off, check the charging plug or port for water, moisture or corrosion.

Do not use the rubber dust cover attached to the charging cable, it is not waterproof and will collect water.

Use a Volt Time Cable holder to keep your charging cable dry.

If the problem persists, contact your installer.

Something may be wrong with your car. Check if you can charge at other public chargers (<22kW).

Otherwise, open the charger and check the RCD spool on the right (red):

  • Only the wires L1(grey), L2(black), L3(brown) and L4(blue) should go through.

  • PE(yellow/green) and smaller CP(red) should not go through.

  • Check that the RCD spool has its communication wire (blue) fitted.

0004: OverCurrentFailure

Your car is pulling more power than the charger allows.

This can happen during load or solar balancing, but should be rare. If the problem persists, contact your installer.

0008: OverVoltage

The voltage of the installation has risen above the maximum.

0016: UnderVoltage

There may be a problem with the charger's meter.

0064: Emergency Fault

A wire inside the charger has been damaged. It must be replaced. Contact your installer.

0128: CP Fault

Check the charging connector and port for water or corrosion.

Otherwise, open the charger and check if the thin "CP" wire on the right is damaged or loose (green). It should not go through the red RCM spool:

0256: HighTemperature

The charger is too hot and needs to cool down. If the problem persists, try:

  • Getting a white cover for your One charger

  • Provide shade for the charger

  • Charge at slower speeds

  • Charge at a cooler moment during the day

0512: Leakage Fault

The red RCM spool inside the charger is not working properly.
