0x10000000: Relay error
It's not possible to charge.
0x00000400: Relay error
Turn off the charger first. There is a small change the relay is welded.
When the charger is off, check the charging plug or port for water, moisture or corrosion.
Do not use the rubber dust cover attached to the charging cable, it is not waterproof and will collect water.
Use a Volt Time Cable holder to keep your charging cable dry.
If the problem persists, contact your installer.

Serial numbers (VT_)100000+
0002: RCD fault
Something may be wrong with your car. Check if you can charge at other public chargers (<22kW).
Otherwise, open the charger and check the RCD spool on the right (red):
Only the wires L1(grey), L2(black), L3(brown) and L4(blue) should go through.
PE(yellow/green) and smaller CP(red) should not go through.
Check that the RCD spool has its communication wire (blue) fitted.
0004: Overcurrent
Your car is pulling more power than the charger allows.
This can happen during load or solar balancing, but should be rare. If the problem persists, contact your installer.
0008: Over voltage
The voltage of the installation has risen above the maximum.
0016: Under voltage
The voltage of the installation has dropped below the minimum.
0032: Energy meter fault
There may be a problem with the charger's meter.
π Check your transactions to see if there is a problem. If ythe energy meter is not working, contact your installer.
0128: Control pilot fault
Check the charging connector and port for water or corrosion.
Otherwise, open the charger and check if the thin "CP" wire on the right is damaged or loose (green). It should not go through the red RCM spool:
0256: Over temperature protection
The charger is too hot and needs to cool down. If the problem persists, try:
Getting a white cover for your One charger
Provide shade for the charger
Charge at slower speeds
Charge at a cooler moment during the day
00512: Ground fault
Something is wrong with the earthing or wiring of the charger. Contact your installer.
