Viewing and downloading transactions

About transactions, what information they carry and how to download them.

Transactions are charging sessions. You can view them in Plugchoice or export them. This is useful if you want to check if your car is charging properly, or to manage costs.


Viewing transactions

To find your transactions:

App

Go to Overview and check that you're currently viewing the right location. Then go to Account > Transactions.

Web Portal

In the Web Portal, transactions can be viewed per location and per charger.

Go to Locations (or Chargers) > View > Transactions.

This is what you can see and what it means:

Column

Meaning

Status

Whether the transaction is active or finished

Charger name

The reference name of your charger

The technical OCPP identity of your charger

Connector

The charger's connector number

The reference name of your card

Card UID

The technical chip number of your card

Started at

Transactíon started at

Stopped at

Transaction stopped at

Duration

Total duration of the transaction

Total kWh

Total energy used by the connector during the transaction


Downloading transactions

You can export your transactions to .csv and this is only possible in the Web Portal. On the Transactions page, press Download. Select a timeframe and start the download.

The export will contain the same columns as listed above.
