Tariff Management

About Tariff Management modes and how they help you save on energy bills.

Updated yesterday

Tariff management is a Smart Charging feature that covers two modes:

  • Dynamic Tariff charging

  • Scheduled Charging

The first is used with dynamic energy contracts, the second is used for contracts with a high/low tariff each day.

Using Tariff Management

These modes are location-based, so you find them in the location's Smart Charging settings, not in the charger settings.

App

Go to Overview > Tariff Management.

Web Portal

Go to Locations > View > Tariff Management.

Once in Tariff Management, select the desired mode as explained below.

Dynamic Tariff Charging

You can manually set a price limit or use Automatic Mode to set one automatically. In this mode, the all chargers in the location's group will only charge if the energy price is below the set limit.

Scheduled Charging

In case you have a high/low tariff, you can use this to select a timeframe during which the charger can charge using the Start and Stop times.
