About teams and how to manage members

Teams are a collection of user accounts used for collaboration. When you sign up with Plugchoice, your account gets automatically assigned to a team which you can edit to start collaborating with for example:

  • Your colleagues

  • Your household members

  • Your tenants

So to to collaborate with friends or colleagues, invite them to your team.

Your team, not your account, is actually what is attached to locations and thus chargers:


Managing your team

Managing your team is done through the web portal. This is not possible with the app.

How teams work in the app

In the app, you will see everything from all your teams combined. Imagine you're an installer and you install for two companies, you will see everything from both companies.

Inviting members

Go to Members and press Invite Member. They will receive an email. After they register, they are part of your team.

Changing team details

You can change your company name in General and you can change your payment information in Billing. If you're a EU company, make sure to provide your VAT number to prevent being billed without VAT lines.


Switching between teams

In the web portal, you can switch between teams by clicking on the team in the top left of your screen:
