Updating your password, email and how to invite other people

Your account is your personal profile which you use to log into our apps. If you want to collaborate with colleagues or friends, they should each register with their own account and you can invite their accounts to your team instead.


Updating your account information

To update your information, navigate to your account settings.

Web Portal

From here, you can:

  • Change your name, email and password

  • Change language and appearance settings

  • Delete your account

In Web Portal, you can also:

  • Create API tokens

  • Enable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)

Can I invite other people?

No, they should register with their own account and you should invite them to your team instead.

I forgot my email

Create a temporary account and try joining your own location. An e-mail will be sent to your original account.

No luck? Contact us and provide your chargepoint identity, pincode and address so we can make sure it's you.
