Missing transactions completely
It's possible your charger was not able to communicate with our system at the time of the transactions. This could have had the following causes:
Your charger was offline at the time.
Your charger wasn't connected to our service at the time.
The transactions you are seeing are from a different charger.
We or a third party had a service disruption, check status.volttime.com if there was an outage at the time of your missing transactions.
You may want to double check your charger's internet connection or switch to a more stable service provider to fix this issue in the future.
Transactions are 0 kWh
First, make sure your car really charged. If it didn't, check 🔗Can't charge to see what may have gone wrong.
If you did charge your car but the transaction still says 0 kWh, there may be a problem with the energy meter inside the charger.
To fix the issue, reboot your charger.
🔗How to reboot charger
Just resetting the charger via the app or web portal is not enough. Because we want to reset the kWh meter itself, you must completely reboot the charge point.
If this doesn't fix the issue, the kWh meter inside your charger may be broken. You should contact your installer.

First, make sure the charging hasn't just slowed down. You can check your car's app or dashboard to check what kWh is reported there.
🔗Slow charging
If you're sure the transaction data is incorrect, there may be a problem with the charger or with its internal energy meter. You should contact your installer.
