Non-Volt Time chargers
If your charger is offline, you may need to locally log into it to change important settings. There are 2 ways you can log into your charger locally. It depends on if your charger is connected to your network.
Passwords
You need passwords to login. Your installer may have left a sticker with these passwords. You can usually find it in your building's fuse box, near the charger or pasted inside the charger's manual.
Ad-Hoc WiFi password, can be either:
Source 2 chargers
1x PIN (1234) (found on the sticker), or
2x PIN (12341234)
Source chargers
A long, complicated string found on the sticker.

Connecting to your Volt Time charger using an IP scanner
If your charger is connected via WiFi or Ethernet to your building's network, and you have a computer or phone with access to that network, you can find the charger's IP address and log into it.
Make sure your phone or computer is connected to the same network as the charger.
Download an IP scanner for this device.
Windows: Bonjour Browser
Mac: IP Scanner
Android or iPhone: Fing (Play Store) (App Store)Scan for the IP. Look for Type
_evse._tcp, and the Hostname should besource-xxxxxxxxorray-xxxxxxxxxx
Copy the IP and paste it into your browser's URL. Remove any ports (like :80, :443)
Your browser will warn you that the network is not secure. Connect anyway by clicking Detailed Information or something similar.
Login using the passwords as described above.
Alternatively: Connecting to your Volt Time charger via Ad-Hoc WiFi
If you cannot find the charger on your network, you can connect via its Ad-Hoc WiFi function.
Unplug your car
Reboot your charger 📖 Rebooting your charger
Wait for the LED to turn from white back to green or red
On a phone or laptop, find a WiFi network called VoltTime_000xxxx
Use the Ad-Hoc WiFi password as described above.
Your device may warn you that this network doesn't have internet. This is correct. Click "Yes".
On the same device, open an internet browser and navigate to a website called
https://10.10.0.1Your browser will warn you that the network is not secure. Connect anyway by clicking Detailed Information or something similar.
Login using the passwords as described above.
