How to add charge cards to your charger
App
Go to the gear icon
Go to Keycards
Click the plus button
Give your keycard a name for reference
Hold the keycard in front of the charger's card reader.
All RFID cards are supported (7-byte). Credit/debit cards and NFC are not supported.
Web portal
Go to Charger>Logs
Hold they keycard in front of the reader. Look for the StartTransaction message, copy the idTag value
Go to Charger>Overview
Scroll down to Cards
Click New Card
Give the card a name for reference
Paste the ID Tag you previously copied
How to add charge cards to your Site
Recommended for larger sites with multiple chargers and users, you can add charge cards via the Site as well.
Go to Cards > New Card, create a new card and assign a user to it
Go to Sites>Access, add the User to the Site to give them access.
Troubleshooting
Chargers with a backoffice
If there is a backoffice on your charger for reimbursement, you can add charge cards to enjoy Plug & Charge and remote start functions, but the backoffice must also have these cards added.
