If you own a charger managed through Volt Time Cloud, your installer can probably view it and its location already. But what they can see, may be too limited to help you if you have problems.

How to provide access

Web Portal - Extending access

  1. Go to Sites > View

  2. Scroll down to ther "Access" tab

  3. You should see the installer in the list already (if not, see the steps below) Click "manage permissions" and walk through the wizard.

Once the desired organistaion has access, the person helping you should enable "advanced settings" for their account to be able to edit every setting for your charger. πŸ“– Advanced Settings

Web Portal - Adding new user

If the organisation doesn't have basic access to your charger yet, you should add them first.

Click "Add new user/organisation":

Enter their e-mail. You should "I want to keep ownership of this site" enabled!

Give them access to sensitive data:

Choose if they should access all chargers or just a few. Usually, you want them to have access to everything:

Agree and submit:

They will get an e-mail and be able to access your Site and chargers via a magic link.
