What is Reset charger?
Resetting your charger via the app or web portal can be done in two ways:
Hard reset: The charger will almost completely shut down and restart itself, disregarding any ongoing transactions.
Soft reset: The charger will shut down partially, closing ongoing transactions first before reconnecting with the cloud.
How to reset your charger
Web Portal
Go to Chargers>View>Hard Reset
OR
Chargers>View>Commands>ResetChoose whether to do a Hard or Soft reset
Check if the charger's LED is responding in any way
The charger will go offline for up to 10 minutes. Chargers connected to WiFi may stay offline for up to 60 minutes.
When the charger is back online, the reset is finished.
